How do you value traffic domains?

I’d be curious to hear how some of the other members here value their traffic related domains. Whether buying or selling, what do you consider a fair multiplier for the revenue it makes?

I’m sure the traffic source plays a role, whether it’s type in or referral, but which type of traffic do you believe is most valuable? type-in?

Type in traffic is the best for valuation, the link may be removed . If the domain covers renewal cost it is a good deal

Yes type in traffic is most valuable. And the value of domain should be based on that issue. You must not pay a high price for domains which have high referral traffic though.
